Returns

We hope that you absolutely LOVE your purchase. Due to the nature of our product and the times we currently live in, returns will not be accepted.

If you happen to need your bracelet restrung due to wear and tear, please reach out to us directly. All stones must be shipped back to avoid incurring additional fees beyond our restring fee. If you are missing stones, please reach out to us and we will work with you on an individual basis to repair the bracelet.

A Restring Fee of $10 will be required. Tucci Beads is not responsible for the cost of shipping.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested product. In these rare circumstances, you'll be contacted as soon as possible and given a full refund
